Companies always seem to have a shortage of experienced Drupal developers to hire, and there's always someone looking for work. How about we set up a job board to let the two connect? Maybe ask a fee for anyone posting a job listing (something small to help cover minor costs, maybe $20-50 per listing), but let anyone looking for work post their business cards/info for free? Or just do both for free.

keep it simple
I'd say let's keep it as simple as possible - how about just a bulletin board with some thumbtacks. Divide the board into two halves - label one side "Drupal developers" and the other "Drupal jobs". People can tack their business cards to the appropriate side.
Anyone willing to set this up and bring it on Saturday?
