Hi,
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot obtaining the login and password for a Drupal account? An intern from 2 years ago who is no where to be found has all the info and we need it in order to have our website back up and running again. Please let me know. Thank you.

Please move your question to the support forum
Hi -
This group (Web Experience Management) is not the place to get the answer to your question.
You can find help for your problem in the forum for Drupal support.
Alternately, you can contact one of many companies that provide support on a fee basis.
Thanks
Reset or obtain site password
There are numerous ways you could do this - which is easiest/best will depend on your setup and own skills - e.g. if you have MySQL skills/tools then there's a quick fix via the database (user table, record for uid=1). As batsonjay says - check out the Drupal forums, or maybe try Drupal IRC channels.
If you do want to pay for somebody fix it, I am available on an hourly basis, and would be happy to do this on a no-fix-no-fee basis (easy to fix, so I'm not worried about that!) Please contact me if you need to discuss.
