Cannot use a scalar value as an array in /home/medpal/public_html/includes/menu.inc on line 2331
I face this issue, for last 2 days. whenever I create new content or use clear cache by selecting performance option from the menu.
It even does not allow to create any new content type or contents.
I dont know whats going wrong. Can anyone guide what is the issue is.

You have to look up in reverse order.
What were latest changes you have made to your code/site? What were the modules you have instlaled recently before you get this issue?
If you can isolate the issue, you can solve the issue as well.
