Hi
Well I've messed up my D7 site (drupal.stirlingfestivaltheatre.com) and I don't know how to fix it. Something to do with menus, I think.
Anyway, can anyone tell me a reasonable way to restore the site to it's initial install state? Or do I have to re-install D7?
Thanks, Jim

Rebuild Menus
Hi Jim,
Looks like a database integrity issue, mostly caused by menu tables. You can try one of these two ways.
1./ Disable and UNINSTALL menus modules, clear cache. if it works, enable menus again. if problem returns, you will need to run menu rebuild query.
2./ If the above method failed, you will simply need to backup everything and re-install fresh drupal and then copy paste tables/data from this installation (or simply use drupal export/import).
Hope this helps. Here to help further.
Thanks for the comment
Thanks
When you say Disable and UNINSTALL menus modules, you mean the one menu module that's highlighted in this screen shot, right?

hi, you should go to
hi,
you should go to drupal.stirlingfestivaltheatre.com/admin/build/menu-customize/navigation
and uncheck the checkbox unwanted menus. and save it. clear cache.
No checkboxes
Thanks very much for the suggestion.
When I go to the link you provided, I do not see any checkboxes. (screenshot here http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1920/Stirling%20Festival%20Theatre%20screenshot.PNG)
I should mention that I disabled and de-installed the menu module as per another suggestion from someone. I guess I will re-install the menu module and see what happens.
Thanks again, Jim
Man I feel so stupid
So now I'm trying to re-install the core menu module (disabled and de-installed as per previous suggestion), but it doesn't show up in response to a query at Drupal.org. Is there somewhere special one has to go to get core modules? Or do I need to do a complete re-install?
Thanks, Jim
