I hope this is appropriate for this group - I know a bunch of you do Drupal development for non-profits. NTEN, the Nonprofit Technology Network, has fielded an RFP for an online benchmarking tool to help nonprofits more easily find and compare their organizations to data about nonprofit technology staffing and investments from our annual research.

Ideally, the dynamic online benchmarking tool (microsite) will be built in Drupal, and will use an existing data set plus visitor inputs to deliver customized benchmarking reports to visitors.
Proposals due by January 25.
They hope to launch the tool for the public in May of this year.
