This is the second of two all candidates meetings for the Drupal Association's 2012 elections for at large directors, scheduled to enable candidates and Drupal community members in different world regions to participate.

Format
- Meeting will be held in both voice and IRC.
- Opening presentations: each candidate will briefly introduce themselves (2 min. max each).
- Questions. Depending on the number of candidates and number of participants, we'll use a combination of standard all candidate meetings formats like questions addressed to particular candidates and open questions to all candidates.

To be clear
No one's expecting anyone to participate at 4 AM their local time. We've scheduled the two meetings to try to ensure the timing might work for candidates to get to at least one of them.

We used a web-based service for previous elections related meetings but the account wasn't available/appropriate for this call so we've had to revert to a call in service. I apologize for the fact that some people will be unable to participate due to lack of free call in.
