Drupal website help

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I am currently looking for a new site to host my website, along with someone who can make modifications to flash, help me when I run into problems with drupal, do occasional maintenance and make changes. I need to move my website from another location. The website is theavalonmusic.com.
