The next Sacramento DUG meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15th, 2009 at the Hoppy Brewing Company. Please leave a comment if you are able to give a presentation on anything, or even if you have something that you would like to see someone else present on. Looking forward to another great meeting!

UPDATE: We had a great meeting last night - 20+ people showed up and had a great time. From the comments - the slideshare for the WebEnabled presentation that was given (thanks Jeff and Jason!) (see comments for promo code to get a free developer subscription)

Also, the script that Ben Shell showed off can be downloaded here (change the file extension to .sh after you download): "This script can be used to update Drupal core to the latest maintenance release. It creates and applies a patch to your site with the changes between your version of Drupal and the latest maintenance release. Folders are not overwritten and changes made to the settings.php and .htaccess files are not lost. When Drupal is checked out with CVS this script isn't necessary." - Ben also mentions to use the script at your own risk and to make a backup first. ;-)

Thanks to everyone that showed up - next meeting will be May 20th, 2009 at Hoppy Brewing Company! (will post signup page later)

Hi guys,

Here's the slides that Jeff presented regarding WebEnabled (http://webenabled.com) last night: http://www.slideshare.net/okwichu/webenabled

If you decide to give it a whirl, remember to use promo code 'drupal' which will get you a free developer subscription - we'd really like to get user feedback to see what we can improve moving forward.
