Hi All,
It's been awhile since we've had a New Haven User Group meetup.
SNP just moved into new digs at Center II in Hamden. I was hoping that we could host, but the security regime here is complicated. We could arrange a meetup during the lunch hour, but after hours isn't possible (at least at this time).
I think the interest is still there in having a group local to NH. I know the CT folks I ran into at Drupalcon (Matt Tarsi & JR Logan) were interested.
So, I'll put it out there to see if there is a will and a way.

How would people feel about a day time meeting?
-
Or, could someone host after hours?

What's our agenda? We can do presentations, chat about Drupal, and/or collaborate on a Drupal project (e.g. site for some poor non-profit). Other thoughts?

Hi, Sorry to have dropped the ball here. I have been busy with work and family and have not had the time to participate in anything other than that. I would not be able to get to Hamden during the day (or at night). We do have Yale Drupal Groups during the day, usually on Fridays at Noon. It is open to anyone who wants to come. Usually the topics are module oriented rather than theming or architecture.
We could combine the effort or if you wanted one during the day I could find a location here and host it. I just can't do evenings anymore.
Thanks Mike for leading the effort.
