May 28th @ 5pm - HowTo: Build a Drupal 6 theme (from scratch) - Purdue University - West Lafayette Campus

2009-05-28 17:00 - 20:00 America/Indiana/Indianapolis This meetup we will make a Drupal 6 theme from scratch. The focus will be more on learning the Drupal theme layer and different methods to manipulating the presentation layer.
Please bring a laptop or have access to a server where you can load Drupal 6 and have access by ftp / ssh to make changes to theme files.
DaveB has scheduled the same lab at Purdue where we met last time (WTHR 212; WTHR=Wetherill Hall).
Please tell us your coming (by the signup button)! Pizza and beverages will be provided. Bring a friend and be ready to get geeky with Drupal!

Are there any more of these planned? I am a web design hobbyist and work at Purdue. I'm no pro and I'm a bit new to Drupal and would like to hang out, listen to what you guys talk about and learn a few things.
