Open4Business, CONSEN coop join efforts towards a Fair Drupal-OS-IST World Market

Dear Jenny, Fouad and all,
CONSEN want to contribute Towards a:
- Drupal and Open-Source Multidisciplinary World Task-force Organisation and Fair Marketplace" (WORG).
- Establish research technical and commercial project and services around Drupal - OS/IST- at world scope (iFOSS, FOSSP, CONSEN coop SCE, ....)
- A fair market and business with legal and internal rules. i.e. portion of the income, say 2%-5% - our experience is better 1/6 at this stage - would go as a commission to the O4B project administrative cost, join services, promotion, etc sustaining the organization, out of every project that is commissioned or completed via this website.
- Open-Source Supportive Marketplace.
- An online marketplace (ecommerce is feasible?)
- An online commercial and community multidisciplinary forum related to services and support around Drupal, Open-Source and in general Information Society Technologies.
- An online organization to maintain and manage the accounting, legal, public relationships, certifications, guarantees, taxes, etc. (Are Drupal ERP, CRM and Groupware modules enough?)
- A Board of Directors (BoD of President, Vice-President and Secretary) to manage the internal administration and coordinate the different organizations. Minimum three work-meeting yearly.
- At this MarketPlace where Drupal Service Buyers can post projects for Drupal Service Providers to Bid on, the MarketPlace Organization provide financial, technical and Quality guarantees if it is required by the client or the provider.
- The WORG support and fund the development of the required modules and Themes
- The WORG transfer all the knowledge and project to the Drupal and OS community
- The WORG promote Service Provider Blogs, Service Provider Tutorials Center, and other related to marketing, training and certification and quality,
- The WORG get sponsors and Mecenas
- The WORG is based on a Consortium Agreement of Organizations in a non-profit and fair movement aim

We encourage you to consider this invitation - following our initial and mutual approach - http://CONSEN.info/Approach and sign a pre-agreement (LoIC) in order to
1. build the WORG where CONSEN coop wants to be a partner transferring the CONSEN grouping experience, proposed internal rules and operative process with iFOSS, FOSSP, .... and Drupal Association .... and a short number of representative organizations.
OR/AND
2. join - as Member Associated - to CONSEN coop SCE (European Cooperative Society) legal, formed, registered, available, open and full operative working in Europe before April.
CONSEN coop can support the cooperant - independent professionals, companies and organizations - taxes and accounting at EU level - 27 countries and contract co-funded projects with the EC in the next FP7. The EU professionals haven't to follow administration, accountings, audits and extracosts that the habitual individual national taxes.
