Central Florida June Meetup

2009-06-20 13:00 - 17:00 America/New_York Join us on Saturday, June 20, 2009 from 1-5PM for a 2-topic, 4 hour meetup at MindComet's offices in Altamonte Springs.
As of this moment, we don't have any topics on the schedule, but we do have a lot to choose from - check out the wiki page and let us know if you'd like to present something or if you're interested in learning about one of the topics listed.
One additional idea I had was to go through the process of upgrading a Drupal site: updating Drupal core from 6.11 to 6.12 as well as upgrading any modules. We could go step-by-step through the process of preparing the site, backing up the DB, getting the updated modules, etc...

If you are definitely doing views on Saturday, I know of some people who would like to attend, as they have questions about setting them up. Can you confirm that that is the topic?

Sure - we can do some Views stuff. The meetup is a democracy - if people show up and want Views, then Views they will get.

anyone intersted in a miami drupal meetup?
getting al the way up to orlando is kind of a problem. but there is a lot of projects that should be drupalized down here.
I was thinking of doing some demos of views, CCK, module development... perhaps some demos of SERVICES stuff between drupal and iPhone.
