WNYDUG Virtual Meetup: Wednesday, 5/30/2012, 7:30 p.m. . . .

We had a consensus last month that future WNYDUG meetups will go consistent: on the final Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.

This month is online again, using the Google+ "Hangout" video conferencing tool. Check it out in advance at http://plus.google.com/ where you can get a Google+ account, plus any audio/video plugin for a smooth setup.

The hangout is limited to nine participants. Try to sign up in advance on this g.d.o event page.

I'll be the host (John P. Weiksnar / jpw1116). There should be a status message with a "Join Hangout" option on our new Google+ page, “Western New York Drupal User Group.” A headset/mic will probably give the best results . . . and please mute when typing.

The agenda will be open this month. We will probably cover the waning prospect of a 2012 camp, or else an alternative. There may also be an update on a local Organic Groups implementation.

If you have any questions or want to test out your setup ahead of time, look for me online before the start time.
