Why do I get "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted."?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

This is the third time this has happened ...

I try to post a new discussion @ this group, and it gets blocked:

"Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted."

with absolutely no explanation.

How can I get some insight as to what the problem is?

Is it possible that the spam system is correctly identifying you as a robot, and you don't even know it? Wasn't there a Star Trek episode where something like this happened??
