SANDcamp 2013 Planning Kickoff Meeting

Hello Everyone!

Can you believe it's time to start planning SANDcamp 2013?! I'd like to know who is willing to help us make this camp the best SD has seen yet. Please comment with your availability and what you've helped accomplish in past camps. Meetings will be taking place on weekdays in Downtown @ Sage Tree office. Once I get enough feedback I'll schedule the kickoff meeting, most likely mid-August.

Hello Diana,
I am new and willing to help - after 9-5 working hours and downtown meetings are good. 2012 LACamp was my first camp, no past contributions and we're gonna change that :).

Perfect, love brining new people on board. DCLA was my second camp after SANDcamp 2012. Really looking forward to planning 2013 :)

It'll be the weekend of Jan 26-27. I suppose the organizers could stretch it to the Friday before (Jan 25), but I don't think that's been planned yet.

Hey Everyone,

Glad to see all this interest in SANDcamp 2013. I'd like to tell you we have a date set for kickoff planning meeting, but alas, still working on getting a venue.

We really can't move on anything until we have both the venue and date secure.

We're getting quotes from Hall of Champions, UCSD, and perhaps one more. Once we do have all that, I will present the info at DUG meeting or possibly sooner.

Please feel free to email me so that I can add you to the volunteer interest list in the mean time :)
