I am from Faisalabad. I can not reach at 10:30 AM in Islamabad. It takes 5 hours to come from Faisalabad to Islamabad. If i will leave Faisalabad at 8:00 AM then i can reach at 1:00 PM.

It will be a day of Ramadan, and during Ramadan people try to offer their prayers on time and want to do 'Aftari' at homes. Therefore afternoon option might not be good for some people.
After 'Aftari' schedule might also not work as people want to offer 'Travih' prayers.
If people respond quickly and give their suggestion for the time then we can decide one most agreed upon time as the final one.
Also for the particular case of Figover, will it be possible for you to come after 'Sehri' or a day earlier?

What Eric has communicated with me, he is interested in knowing the community here in Pakistan. He also would like to have a meetup in Karachi. He is also suggesting that if anyone wants to present about his drupal project, he/she can do so during the meetup.

Directions to the Venue
This is great to hear. The Crown Plaza Hotel is located in Blue Area service road that is adjacent to the Jinnah Avenue.
If you will come by Ravi Express it will drop you at G-9 Islamabad from where you will get Taxi Cab in 80 to 100 Rs.
If you will come by Daewoo Express it will drop you at Daewoo terminal. From there you can get Daewoo shuttle service to F-8 Islamabad. From F-8 you will get Taxi cab in 60 to 80 Rs for Crown Plaza Blue Area
If you will come by your own vehicle then you can go straight on the same road after passing the Motorway terminal, and this road will take you to Zero Point, from there you can go down the road after crossing the first Zero point bridge towards left to the Faisal Mosque. After going 2 km you will reach over head bridge. Take the left side road that is going up. You will reach the a round about. Use the round about to take the Jinnah Avenue towards the parliament house, and then take the first U turn coming on the Jinnah Avenue. After taking the U turn drive till you find an exit to the service road. Then after coming on the service road move in the same direction ahead, after going about a km you will find the Crown Plaza located facing towards the Margalla Mountains.
I will try to refine these directions. At the moment I just wanted to communicate as soon as possible. Hope these are useful to you and others.
[Note: The venue is a proposed one and most probably will be the final one after getting everything finalized.]
