Hi All, we're going to be doing a mini-sprint Monday, September 24th to get a working version of a /developer module. The location is going to be at the public library at Department of Commerce (thanks Tim) and is going to be a late afternoon to evening event (3 pm to 8 pm). We'll attach more info on how to get to the library this week.
Here are the rough objectives/agenda:
- Agree on high-level objectives for the module, based on the needs from the group.
- Develop specific feature requirements
- Develop a general architecture
- Build it!
We'll see how far we get, but the goal is to get rough working code by the end of the evening.
To start the conversation, I've put together a Google Doc with the thinking I've collected over the last few months. Feel free to add to it before the event.

As always, let us know if you have any questions, and be sure to let us know if you intend to come.

The Library is located at 1401 Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20230. Please arrive around 3pm so we can sign everyone in at once. You will need to go through standard government building security, please have a photo ID ready. I will arrange to be at or have someone at the Main entrance which is on 14th street between Pennsylvania Ave and Constitution Ave (middle of the block), directly across from the Ronald Reagan Building. The library personnel can also meet and bring public users into the library should you want to come earlier or later (but before 4pm).
The Library's website is http://library.doc.gov/.
Food is allowed in the library and they have free WiFi. We just need to be conscious of other library patrons and clean up afterward.
