Here are the dates of our next Drupal Hyderabad meetup. Oct 13th 2012 - Saturday.
Proposed Agenda of the meeting:
1. Introduction of new drupallers to the community
2. Sessions on advanced Drupal topics (people to suggest)

I have postponed our meeting to next Saturday since there is another event planned to discuss about drupal regional day on Sunday.
Not recommended having meetups on both days of the weekend :)
We will continue to have our sessions on advanced drupal topics in next week like we had in our last meetup.
