I think we're overdue for another meetup, and we would love to host one here at the Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center at dear old RPI. What dates are good for everyone in late October? Though I'm already in the process of working out logistics with the rest of our amazing team, I'd like to make sure that we have enough time to get an idea of headcount and finalize a venue. Be sure to ping your friends and co-workers interested in Drupal, even if they're simply interested in what's possible. The more the merrier!
As far as topics, I'd be happy to discuss our experiences reimagining the EMPAC Web presence in Drupal, bringing it from a static website to a responsive Drupal-powered CMS tuned for performance and scalability. Though a lot went very well, we've certainly hit our share of bumps along the way, and would love to share what we've learned.
If there is enough interest, I think a session introducing Drupal for new developers and/or themers would be a great way to help those looking to get their feet wet, and I wouldn't at all mind helping to put it together. Topic suggestions are welcome, of course!

You can always count me in for another Drupal Meetups. Since it's at empac anything post 6pm would work well for me.
