I tried to upgrade my site from D6 to D7. I have a customised theme. When I do upgrade, everything breaks. I have to roll back all the features to default. essentially, making the site again.
I was wondering if there is any other way? For me, features are biggest problem. I can cope with remaking my theme.
It has to be an easier way, right?

I believe there is no upgrade
I believe there is no upgrade path from 6 to 7 and the Openpublish version for 6 obviously doesn't work on Drupal 7.
