Using OM-Maximenu With OP3 on Drupal 7
I am trying to put in OM Maximenu as my main menu and i can't find where to put in the suggested code
<?php
print $main_menu_tree;
?>I tried putting it in the region--menu.tpl.php in openpublish/themes/openpublish-themes/gazette/templates but it gives me the following error:
Notice: Undefined variable: main_menu_tree in include() (line 3 of /profiles/openpublish/themes/openpublish-themes/gazette/templates/region--menu.tpl.php).

Hi,
I have created an openpublish site on OP3 using the Publisher's Gazette theme included. I am having trouble creating sub-menus that actually drop down when hovered over or even clicked.
I created this in my main menu in Structure->Menus->Main Menu and I checked the box "show as expanded"
Is there anything I am missing here?
Here are my menu items:
-Sector [Here I've checked "show as expanded"]
--Basic Materials
--Consumer Goods
--Financial
--Technology
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Eric
Looking for someone to create Gazette Subtheme
Hi
I am looking for someone who can do a subtheme of Gazette for my website.
1) change color scheme
2) Change block headline styles
3) Change so it naturally bunches to the left instead of to the middle.
4) Create a nice dynamic display block for featured content.
5) Create more attractive menu style.
6) Doesn't break existing features, like photo galleries/photoswipe
Using Other Themes with OP3
Hi,
I'm trying to switch my OP3 site from the Gazette theme to the Quatro theme by Symphony Themes.
For the most part, it's pretty easy as Quatro is built on Omega too. However, where I'm having an issue is Photo Galleries.
Quatro doesn't recognize the way OP does photo galleries at all. Instead of publishing a small version that links to a larger version that can be accessed via Photo Swipe, Quatro just lists giant photos all the way down the page.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here? Where do I start?
Change the order of the node title in the "article list" page view
I'm trying to change the article listing field order, so I've tried to overwrite the page view "Article list". The field order haven't changed. I suppose that another preprocess or alter function is overwriting my custom order.
I've made the article thumbnail picture a little bigger, so what I want is to display the node image just below the article title.
Im a little bit confused…
Can I use an alter or preprocess function in my child theme to fix this issue???
Superfish and OP2.3
I'm using OP 2.3 and want to add superfish menus. I can add them using a context however I want to replace the main openpublish menu with the superfish one.
I've tried changing the php code in the page.tpl file but it's not working.
Has anyone got this working?
What is the differenece between Drupal 7 and Openpublish Installs
I have installed Drupal.
This works fine. I then decided that openpublish fits more to what i want to achieve.
How do i install openpublish on top of an existing drupal install?
Do i need to create a seperate database?
On IE 8, Open Publish Website is a Disaster. This suddenly happened.
I have already posted about gallery images being distorted.
Now my entire front page is getting wiped out in IE8 because some sort of CSS malfunction and distorted photos.
Does anyone know how I can put an end to this?

Gallery Photos Distorted in Internet Explorer

Hello, not sure how long this has been happening, but this is a major issue.
It's fine on mobile and on chrome and on firefox.
Only appears to be an issue with gallery photos.
Also, the photos aren't rendering in photoswipe
Date Tab
Hi,
I am using the gazette tab and wish to turn off the "date" on the user menu.
It seems to only work for some browsers and wreaks havoc with my ability to create a logo.
Is there an easy way to do this?
If not, can someone point me to where I can find this in the CSS so I can remove it?
Thanks!
