Review Conclusions from 2012
I can't attend the meeting but I want to propose that time be allotted to reviewing the conclusions from last year. Some timely information to consider now while building the website and creating a schedule are these points:
-Formally schedule time between sessions.
-More detailed transportation information.
-BoFs – with ability to schedule in advance.
-Last hour – more structured somehow.
I can get an estimate on this point:
-More coffee. 3x the order of coffee.
As well as the lunch and breakfast.

Easy to add scheduled breaks, we just didn't make the effort last year.
BoFs - let's use 1 or 2 rooms like 113 that have the conference tables?
Maybe more valuable would be an "expert corner"? We can use the convocation room for that - an expert per table? 1 or 2 people all day or just after lunch is the consensus here.
In terms of BoF scheduling I'm not sure we want to put the effort into full online scheduling. Maybe we could ask people to just use the contact form to pre-schedule and have one row in the online schedule for BOFs? Maybe a whiteboard on site?
Last hour - maybe a mixer with some food in the atrium? Light apps like cheese and veggie trays? Expand the experts in the convocation room?
