many people take off around the 4th for long vacations - whether it be the week before or the week after - just a note.

Yep, this is the primary concern about the 6/27-30 weekend, and part of the reason for this poll.

I'm not sure how many drupal users are runners, but the Grandma Marathon in Duluth is June 22, 2013.
