In this meeting, we'll be going over the initial design comp that has been submitted by Mike Herchel and then going over ideas for other marketing and branding materials. By the end of the meeting, we should have volunteers assigned to specific tasks (attendee badges, sponsor and site swag badges, signage, printed schedules, etc).
