Hello!
I just thought I'd let you know that over the waters in England & Wales we're finally looking like we have a serious proposal for getting our organisational act together and are on the cusp of setting up a body to help grow the Drupal community in England & Wales.
We're not trying to take over from what any existing bodies are doing, and not trying to insert ourselves into places we don't belong either.

If you had any advice or feedback, it would be much appreciated. You have a wealth of experience in this area, and despite every community being different, we have a lot to learn for sure.

Spread the load across many people, so when someone gets a little too busy, there is less slack to be taken up.
Keep recruiting new people to help and to keep it fresh.
Spread around the office holder positions as much as you can.
Keep enjoying it and take a break from time to time!
