We're keeping this fairly informal, but would like to gather a list of topics for talks and BoFs.
Please post your ideas below and use the comment rating to vote up/down the various ideas.
BTW, if you want to present, please put the proposed title as the subject and write a blurb ASAP so we can all pick our favorites.

I would be interested in views and seo. These are the 2 things I currently get stumped on. In additions maybe something about themes (but I think we already have this one). If I think of anything else I'll give you a shout. See you in April.
drupal + nginx
Drupal 7 + using Nginx (in place of apache) advantages, config files, etc. (presentation or BoF)
We had a really good
We had a really good hosting/infrastructure BoF at DrupalCamp. Format seemed to work well since everyone was sharing their secrets.

Relation Module
Here's one I could deliver, based on what I'll be chatting about this week at the Niagara / Hamilton DUG.
I'm using the Relation module as a key part of a big project and I could speak as to what it is, why you'd use it over similar modules like EntityReference, show some often non-obvious Views integration for it and generally chat about the state of the "linking your entities together" contrib options. I'm thinking this would be an intermediate level thing but would be valuable for beginners who'll inevitably need to make a call on how to do references between stuff.
Throw in some stuff about
Throw in some stuff about organic groups and I'd love you for it. D7 started out with a half dozen ways to create relations between data and it is finally starting to shake out. I'd love to hear something in-depth about it all.

id be interested too
sounds good.
It is a damn poor day when you don't learn something.
Making Entities for Fun & Profit
Here's another I could do in addition to / instead of the relations talk.
There are a few "make your own fieldable entities" modules with different use cases, like ECK and Entityform. I can discuss why you'd want to create your own entities (as opposed to new content types), why the differences between the modules are, do some demos of stuff…
I figure we're beginner/intermediary level on this one.
Project workflow and deployment (git and stuff)
As our company has grown, workflow has become more and more important, but I've focused a lot on individual workflow as well. I can easily give a talk on project workflow, tools to use, etc. Depending on the audience this can aim more at freelancer or firms (there's a good amount of overlap) and will touch on both client management and code management.

Drupal Hosting Performance
I get called on to do this all the time and it was popular at our last Drupalcamp. If your hosting is slow, your site will be slow. I can touch on Pantheon, Acquia, and DIY strategies as well as the tech each uses.

Simplifying Content Creation for End Users with Workbench
Content is the backbone of any website but as site creators and developers we usually are not the content creators. Workbench is a module that helps to simplify content creation and maintenance for users in charge of content. In this session we will discuss the importance of a seamless interface for content creators and how to set up the Workbench module to do this.
BoF on the Issue Queue
I would like to do a BoF to discuss people's views on the Drupal Issue Queue as a system of evolving Drupal. Does it work? Is it inclusive enough? Can it really lead to the breakthroughs and systematic strategy that Drupal needs to succeed over the long term?
This would be a very valuable input for a Drupalcon session that I'll be co-presenting in Portland. More info here: http://portland2013.drupal.org/session/ux-case-love-and-hate-issue-queue...

i'd like to hear about relations – i missed your talk when you gave it to the Niagara group. your other topic would be interesting too.
Bringing Simplicity to Content Management in Drupal
Sorry for the last minute posting - we've been down with one winter/spring plague after another over here - I hope its not too late!
I would love to present the work we have been doing on making more end-user friendly distribution of Drupal 7 by combining modules and theming. This would basically be a case study type of presentation - which would hopefully spark some ideas on how site developers could either implement the distribution themselves or apply concepts from it to upcoming projects.
A few months ago I would have said that Node Hierarchy was key to the distribution, but we've reached a point now where there are so many really awesome pieces, I'd hate to say that any individual one is most important. I will however, spend a fair amount of the time talking about how we have implemented Node Hierarchy, Entity Connect, and Workbench.
I'll also talk some about how the custom installer works - keeping things flexible and customizable, but again, simple.
Working out the schedule / theming talk
Hi everyone, we're working out the day's schedule. We're going to try and be as flexible as possible with the schedule day-of as we're a small group and can do such without causing much chaos. The idea is to have 20 minute for presentations with 10 minutes padded on the end for questions or discussion, so approximately 30 minutes per presenter.
So far we've got:
Pantheon/PaaS by Jon Peck
Bringing Simplicity to Content Management in Drupal by Lauren Kelly
Relation Module by Adam White
Project workflow and deployment (git and stuff) by Nick Garofalo
Simplifying Content Creation for End Users with Workbench by Darla Indralingam
Drupal + nginx by James Stone
Drupal Hosting Performance by Nick Garofalo
+ room for 1 more
We'll also have lunch / coffee-break BOF time during this (Michael Keara's Issue Queue BOF will slot in there).
A few requests:
If you're on this list and can't present, please let us know.
We're light on theming, so if anyone wanted to tackle a front end topic it would help balance things out.
I've been planning on
I've been planning on presenting something, but haven't had the time yet to pull together ideas. I could still do so before the weekend, but you're right about theming. If someone wants to talk about front-end stuff please take the spot.

Okay, no-one else has chimed in about front-end topics. But I've got an outline forming for a talk I'm calling
Professionalism and Craft - taking it to the next level.

Hey guys, I don't think I'm going to be able to prepare TWO talks.
I'd like to drop "Project workflow and deployment (git and stuff) by Nick Garofalo". I can roll some of the more interesting technical parts into my "Drupal Hosting Performance by Nick Garofalo" talk.
