Hi All,
Caroline Collective is no longer available to non-members, so we'll need to find a new space for meetings. Any ideas?

What about Houston Public
What about Houston Public Library? They offer spaces for non-profit org.
Time constraints?
I LOVE libraries, but most aren't open any later than 8, even on their "late" nights. We usually run 7-9.
But, having the hard cut-off time COULD make us more efficient?

How many people typically come?
If it's still manageable numbers, we could always do it at my office. It's on Taylor St. near the Target and downtown. It would hold 20 comfortably.

HAL-PC for this month
We can meet at HAL-PC for this month, then make a decision about where we'd like to move permanently, if not HAL.

HAL-PC's in the Galleria area, near San Felipe just inside 610. They've got projectors in their meeting rooms so we should be good A/V wise.
Let me know what you all think.
Also, what about SoftLayer?

which could work nicely toward establishing a relationship for another SouthwestDrupalSummit at:

maybe.
Lone Star is a good idea
Lone Star has multiple locations so we could "move" to different locations and make it easier for people to attend. They do have nice facilities too.
However they are primarily on the north and northwest area of Houston. So something else to consider.
