Hi All,
The 4th Tuesday in November is Thanksgiving week, and I wanted to gauge interest in a meeting on that date. The Clayton library (in the museum area) has meeting rooms available, but in order to use the room with the projector, we need at least 20 people. We can have a smaller room with fewer people, but there will not be a projector.
Alternatively, we can continue with the teahouse/coffee shop idea.
Please let me know your preference asap. Thanks!

Meeting Room with Projector
The George Memorial Library in Richmond has a meeting room with projector that we can use, but, it would be a bit of drive for some. (Heck, it's not too bad... I've been driving just as far for the CoffeeGroundz meetups... just in the other direction ;-). Let me know and I'll book the room.

Richmond is a bit far for me. I don't think I'd be able to make it in a reasonable amount of time. I'd be driving with traffic from my office. I can try if that works for everyone else though. I am open to suggestion at this point. I am having trouble finding the ideal venue.
Thanksgiving week
I can't guarantee any availability during the Thanksgiving week. I don't know the family plans yet, but most years I spend the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving making round one of the food. (Deserts, cornbread, cleaning / preping stuff, etc...)

I think the room with projector idea is great as is the coffee shop idea.
I live Sugar Land and work near Hobby airport so anywhere works for me : )
I also have an hd projector if we need one.

I could attend a meeting 11/24 if it was semi-centrally located (I'm in Galveston County). I have lots of questions... ;-)
