The goals for this conference call include:

A preliminary budget (food, chairs, insurance, drinks, snacks, other stuff?)

Completion of the web site (all registration links, hotel, theming, content)

Outreach plan

Coding for a Cause application approval
We still need more volunteers for things like registration, PR, setup, cleanup, web site, Coding for a Cause, etc... Please don't be shy to step up and help out!
