Ah yes, my bad on that one. I had it confused with the VOIP meeting they are having this week.
If anyone has any experience, I would be interested in talking about managing Drupal maintenance, upgrades and content in a high-traffic environment. Things such as establishing a development/staging environment, avoiding downtime, etc. I would unfortunately be a "taker" not a "giver" on this one, but would highly appreciate anything folks have to offer.
A few things I could show if folks are interested

We had several projects go into beta on the amherst.edu site since our last meeting, I could show any of the following if there is enough interest:
1) New calendaring tool - every user gets a calendar, calendars have permissions, users can add any event or all events from any calendar to their own calendar.
2) We've been working on Piwik integration and have a prototype up and running, pulling data out of the live amherst.edu site including things like role information (ie, how many students visited this page, how many alums, etc). Piwiki is a google analytics clone.
3) We've got quiz and gradebook modules built and being used in classes now, I could show either/both of those.
4) We also launched a redesign of the Emily Dickinson museum site, now drupal based.

Hey folks,
Good question. No idea what the roads will look like tonight. Morning drive in was really bad, most of the roads were not yet cleared. There will be a campus parking ban as well, so if we do meet folks should plan on parking in the town lot/garage. My guess is things will be cleared off by this afternoon, but...it's a tough call. What do others think?

David maybe quick check on Wednesday, December 16 and if available I recommend move to that.

As of now I am good for 12/16. Eager to meet all of you finally, I have had conflicts with the last several dates.

Let's see if David can get the room for December 16. David, I would say if that doesn't work, and there is another day next week that does, just go for it. I am not good for Tuesday but go for it if that's the only day that works.
