I am not sure who built the site (http://blog.standardbank.com/ideas) but it looks pretty similar to http://islabs.co.za.

We're about to launch an ideas site for a client as well, should be up in the next week or 2. They're not that hard to build and are incredibly useful.

its nothing important, it just makes me proud to see south africans doing it will drupal, I am a standard bank client and drupal lover hence my first thought was is drupal being adopted by my bank, hec its 2010 after all. Also can't we build a little repo of useful information for the local guys here on the drupal.co.za site(eg payment options and information that might be relevant to s.a drupal users, clients and the like) and sorry guys wont be able to make it for the cpt meet up, back in Jozi, will see if I can meet up with the guys here
