I've been researching CRM looking at Sales Force, vTiger, CiviCRM, ACT!, and SugarCRM. I'm not asking which one is the best because everybody's needs are different. I just want to know if anybody has had to build a workflow between Drupal and a CRM for a newspaper sales dept.? And, how they did it?

can anyone suggest a simple method for allowing a particular article in a section to be displayed in a different page depending on the section?
for example:
say we have an a few sections (news, sports, a&e) and i want all news articles to show a list of other news articles next to it or for a&e there would be a list of recent a&e videos to the bottom.
