Please Note - Video shoot location is changed from IIT Bombay to Powai Udyaan.

DrupalCon Asia is coming to Mumbai ! I would like to invite all the local community Members to come for a video shoot event @Powai Udyan near to IIT B which is the DrupalCon Asia Venue.

Idea is to have all local community members gather at Powai Udyan to invite the Drupalers from different states in India, Different countries in Asia and across the globe. Video will be shot at different locations across IIT Bombay with community members inviting everyone to visit Mumbai in Feb 2016 for DrupalCon Asia.

Feel free to share your ideas here.

This is my initial thought , Video invitation will have Drupalers who will carry hand made banners showing DrupalCon invitation. We will have all the members collectively inviting the global audience. Further, we will also have people from different region inviting the community in their own language and way. We will have shots of different locations like beaches, historic places , FilmCity, IIT B venue and mix it with a popular bollywood Song.

Region Community Leads - Need your support

I need your support - We need to include a brief video - note more than 60 secs where you as a community lead of your region would invite everyone in your regional language. We will mix this video with main video invitation. Please nominating yourself by commenting here and let us know the date by when you can provide this. I will get in touch with you shortly. We have a editing team which will edit the video. For content collection you can simply keep it in Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link here. I will be sharing all the instructions with details of the script and sequence of scenes in Video.

Great Idea, I can even shoot a video and send can shoot in HD with Chroma so that it could be used. Currently i am in Kota Rajasthan and have a very good Studio which we can use for short movie shoot also can help with the editing.

I would like to thank Harshil Maradiya , who has taken the lead for preparing the scripts and taking the charge of directions, Vishal Gala who has taken the lead for ground logistics and Surendra Mohan, Who has taken the lead for coordination with regional leads to include their video invite.

May I take the liberty to suggest that you also involve other professionals in the video. The video should not just be about Bollywood but also professionals and businessmen should chip in and mention as to how drupal has helped them and how Mumbai is a good city for conferences and deliberations.
