Dries Buytaert creator of Drupal raised a simple, yet extensive question on twitter (‘@Dries’):
“What could the Blockchain mean for a CMS like Drupal? #brainstorm”
Let us brainstorm indeed.
As a Drupal - and blockchain insider, I analysed this question step by step. And came to a surprising conclusion: it is much more interesting for Drupal to change the question.

Drupal 'checkoutcrypto'
Hi Henk,
I took a quick look at it.
Pareview.sh gave a lot of small errors.
However there's a lot in there which is useful.
I'll have a closer look as this is quite a large code stack.
kind regards,

Authenticate to Drupal with Bitcoin Lightning lnurl-auth
Hi Guys,
after 7 years of silence here, i found an amazing module that allow to register/login over the Bitcoin Lighting Network with one click, that needs to be mentioned.
You can take a look and easy install it from https://github.com/mdance/lnauth with composer.
It uses the the lnurl-auth protocol as described here:
https://lightninglogin.live/learn
For best user experience you can try the getalby.com browser extension, which allow to switch between lighting wallets to access as different users.
Give it a try and let me know what you think about!
