Yesterday, wundo released Captcha version 3.0 RC1, which is a complete redesign of the old 2.x branch.
Captcha 3.0 RC 1 features:
- Complete redesign of the entire module.
- Image Captcha and Text Captcha are now provided as contributed modules within the module itself. No reason to download any other modules to make captcha work.
- Well documented API, so you're able to create a captcha challenge yourself.
- Ability to add Captcha challenges to any Drupal form using a nice user interface.
- ... and much more.
A lot of work was put into this, and a lot of the credit goto wundo, soxofaan and Heine. Without their support, and the support from all of you testers and issue submitters, Captcha wouldn't have been made good again. This is the first 3.0 release candidate, so your help is still needed. What we need are testers and people to create issues and find out what features are missing.
So go ahead, download it and say how it could be improved!
