Does the COD continue to be Developed, and If so, where might we start a module for 3D Objects?
We at project whitecard are planning on Implementing the Nasa COD "build" but maybe there is a better way.

This project is still being developed. We have an initial check in in CVS now but have a number of bug fixes before it is ready. Anyone downloading a version should be sure to download the HEAD version. Any specific bug reports should be filed against the different components.

As to where to host the 3d Objects code, simply use the standard Drupal code management procedures as explained in the handbook.
