Planning to come
One of my major projects these days is a big newspaper site I'm helping to convert to Drupal. So, I've been digging into nodequeue, panels2, the finer points of CCK vs. taxonomy for organizing content, learning much more about themeing, etc, etc. I've still got a lot to figure out in terms of importing the existing static site, some workflow issues, and more, so I'd love to meet other folks working on similar problems and start to share ideas and network.
Therefore, I'm definitely planning to be here. The only possible conflict would be the education meetup, since my day job is working in the CS department at UW-Madison, and I'm also working on a major Drupalification of the website for the open source software project I work on there. ;) But, I'm leaning heavily towards the newspaper meetup, so that's how I voted above...
Thanks for putting this together!

In the same boat
We have ambitious plans to pull off the bulk of a migration from our current, commercial CMS to Drupal in two months. One of our sister papers just completed their build-out, and it took them the better part of six months -- and I think they probably would say we're nuts. I'm looking forward to swapping war stories with you guys.

Looking forward to...
Yes, our entire web dept, all 3 of us ;+), will be there. We're really looking forward to talking with others who have launched, or are in the process of launching, a Drupal based site.

See you there
We've built a very robust CMS for LifeWire (a custom content publishing company for top web publishers from The New York Times Company). Would love to share war stories and goals with others in the online media industry.
