Denver DBUG Meetup Jan 22nd (Tuesday) 6:30pm - 8:30pm
public

We have the first meet-up of the year on January 22nd, Tuesday, 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Our friends at DOM (Denver Open Media) have graciously offered their space for the meeting (see the header for the address).
Additionally, I have updated the header message for the group and it will continue to have the next meeting dates and locations in it.
Hopefully, it will make setting the dates easier for everyone to see what dates are selected into the future. The dates for the next few months will be set so that everyone can reserve the dates on their calendar.
It would be great if we can get a big attendance for the next few meetings and set some goals for the group for the next year.
I look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
All the best ... Paul

Header only shows up on the main group page
For those of you who subscribe to these messages via email and are linked directly to the node, Paul is referring to the "header block" for the group that only shows up on the main group page.
For the rest of us, Denver Open Media is located at 700 Kalamath St., Denver, CO.
Topics
I would greatly appreciate at least a general idea of what will be discussed (that is, if it is known).
re: Topics
If we're looking for topics i'd be more than happy to discuss the implementation of our latest of our latest Drupal site, http://icitizenforum.com
of course, if theres already an agenda I'm all for sitting back and watching:)

Welcome to Denver
Hey, just wanted to say Hi and welcome to your new home. Wow, that's some impressive work you guys have done...
Amusingly enough, I normally
Amusingly enough, I normally can't make Tuesdays, but for the 22nd my regular thing was cancelled, so I can make it after all.

AjK
AjK http://drupal.org/user/39030 is in town from Scotland and will be joining us for this meet-up. He is an active community member and a "brilliant bloke" who is always up for great conversation and the occasional beer. Should be educational and fun.
I'm just noticing that this
I'm just noticing that this is not an event node type. I suppose that explains why it's not in the upcoming events block on the home page of g.d.o. iCal subscribers will also miss the notification unless they happen by here, alas.
I hope to make it. Looking forward to hearing about what others are up to!
