OK Gang,
1st off, welcome to JesusPepsi; our newest member who says nights are not so good but with enough warning might be able to join.
I'm a big fan of days as well.
So here it is.
Is there a day next week that would be good for all of us? If we did 2:00pm on any weekday next week would it fly with all three of you? [jesuspepsi, souvent22, & Mike]

I can't make it, but please don't worry about that. My schedule is very busy, so I will be hit or miss with whatever date/time is chosen. If one happens to match up well with me, I'll make it. However, I don't want to hold back any meetings due to my schedule.

How about Tuesday or Wednesday then?
It sounds like Mike may not be able to make it. For the rest of us it appears like daytime is good so what do you say to Tuesday or Wednesday at 1:30pm? Once we have a date set I will check into the BroadRipple location. If the conference-room with the projector isn't available, we can always move down the road to the Glendale Library.
Let me know what you think and if those 2 days aren't good or the day time is not good then please suggest an alternative. I'm just as available earlier as i am later. 10:00am would be my 2nd choice.
