I built a dev sub-domain website for a charity in the United States that is attempting to help an orphanage in Tanzania. Unfortunately I had already built it in Joomla! before I started to learn Drupal. [ http://www.goodhopechildren.kudocoms.com/ ]
I may rebuild it in Drupal once the charity becomes official. Paperwork here takes forever. Also the Director has been touring Africa and the continents there for 6 months so it is off to a slow start.
Hope you find some Drupalers and Drupal website there soon.

Hello Opegasus, I think I had not seen this post before. Sorry for the slow start here and hope everything went well. I have checked your website www.goodhopechildren.kudocoms.com but it doesn't open. did you move it?

No worries, I miss a few posts here and there myself.
Sadly the charity has closed it's doors. So the website came down. That is why you cannot find it. I hope the Director will restart the charity when she returns from her Around The World trip which included Tanzania, when she gets back next month.
Hi geyids, a little off topic, but why don't you throw a D7 release party to get Drupal some more fame in Tanzania and to boost the local community a little?
Someone gets to start the party there. I posted your link (D7 release party) on our Montana USA page. Thanks for the info. Hopefully we all will have a super launch.
Christadelphians are a body of Christians who try to base their beliefs and practices wholly on the Bible, which they regard as God's word. They try therefore to rid themselves of the various ideas and rituals which have attached themselves to Christianity over the last 2,000 years and to return to the beliefs and practices of the first century apostles.
The Christadelphians are a community without the trappings of elaborate buildings, priests or icons, but with a deep respect for God's word and a strong sense of family and fellowship.
Christadelphians believe that Jesus Christ, although a man, was the Son of God. Because he led a sinless life, God raised him from the dead and exalted him to a place of honour by his side. God has promised that all those who put their faith in Jesus will also be raised from the dead - when Jesus returns to the earth to rule over it in peace and righteousness.
Hi Geyids,
are you still the only Drupalista in Tanzania? I'm moving from Rome to Dar somewhere mid 2013 and wouldn't mind setting up a meeting to exchange some ideas about how to promote Drupal and this group.

Hi CarlHinton
That is an interesting organisation. Do you have a church or something like that? I see you have a location near my home but no info about it http://www.cbm-tz.org/drupal/tanzania/south/dar/sinza
