Guys,
My site Filipinowriter.com is not displaying properly. Theme/layout not showing. Do you think the site's been hacked? Happened to me once and we just restored the site. Was hoping there's another solution so that there's less likelihood of losing data.

Some reasons for "Site's Layout Not Showing"
Check permission on your sites/themes/ -> the web user should be allowed to read this directory.
Check you paths on sites/default/settings.php -> did you transfer this site or changed the installation directory?
if you are able to login try changing your default theme. if modification is applied using a different theme, try uploading your previous default theme.
Happens if you use a subtheme
I'd like to add to Rick's reply.
Usually, this happens when the template.php and page.tpl.php is overridden via subthemes, especially Zen.
Try Removing your page.tpl.php from the theme directory, access the site, then move it back again. Or use another theme, make sure Zen is deactivated, and make a hard refresh.
