Hello,
I run a large(ish) Drupal site (Approx 11,000 nodes and 4000 users) and currently have a support contract with Acquia that is about to be renewed. It really pains me to say this but, I think their service could be better!
Given this, I have decided to look at what else is available in terms of support. Can anyone recommend (ideally from their own experience) commercial support? What else is out there?
Also, I would be keen to hear about anyone's thoughts, or experiences regarding Acquia.
Many Thanks.

My company manages a dozen or so Drupal sites using Aegir, the same hosting software they use (as far as I know!). We would be happy to support extra sites, and charge a basic hosting fee plus flat hourly rate for support - computergentle.com. Feel free to email both kim@alliscalm (me) and alice@computergentle.com (the person who does the support) if you want to discuss it further! We're based in both Manchester and Keightly.

Hi,
I am in the process of setting up a new company hosting, configuring and supporting web sites. I plan to specialise in drupal. We could offer you a discounted support contract as one of our first clients.
If your interested, please drop me an email.
