Disney Interactive seeks a talented Senior QA Engineer with experience developing high-performance, highly scalable systems to help deliver great web experiences based on Disney’s nine decades of content and characters. The chosen candidate will help establish the quality assurance program for the core services in the Disney Interactive web platform and will be a leader in broader quality efforts. This is an individual contributor position with potential opportunity to lead temporary QA staff as project needs dictate.

The initial focus will be on content management and publishing, working toward an internal software suite for the provisioning and operation of category-leading websites such as Disney.com, ClubPenguin.com, Disney Channel Today, etc.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team and will collaborate on design and implementation of engineering solutions. You will organize QA tasks and priorities to ensure a high level of service with the goal of creating and supporting an automated test framework for functional white box and black box testing.

Your work may focus on areas such as:
• Content management and asset management services
• Site management services and tools (e.g., workflow, scheduling, feed ingestion)
• Scale and performance of content storage, publishing and rendering systems
• Cloud management, storage, deployment and provisioning strategies

We are looking for a Japanese translator for a client. His site is small and I have all the translation setup but need someone to translate. We would need this done soon, as he will be going on tour in Japan in the next month. If anyone is or knows a translator please contact me.
