Hi,

I'd like to get some constructive feedback and to provide you with information on a site I am soft-launching : Recipe blogs . Attached are some screenshots. The premise of the site is to mix & match both a "directory"-type site and a "digg"-like site.

We are looking for a talented Drupal developer to help us with a current site in development. IE6 & 7 is driving us NUTS! We need someone to come in with theming experience to help us fix many of the little inconsistent bugs across browsers. Experience with Drigg would be awesome! Looking for someone to start immediately.

Modules with the stated goal of creating digg/reddit-like clones in Drupal:

We are looking for a talented Drupal developer to help us launch a new website and manage the site post-launch on a contract basis.

We plan to use Drupal as the main CMS along with the Drigg functionality - and need someone with expertise in this area.

Some requirements included:

* Installation of the Drupal/Drigg code base

* Customization and Coding of our Drupal/Drigg Theme (we will provide the PSDs)

* Custom categorization of content using our set of pre-defined category names (lots of them)

With all the new sites added to the planet lately it seems like a silly process to be done manually. Also the border between Drupal Planet and Drupal Talk is getting pretty vague, especially with all the resposts of late. The Smashing Magazine post about the Drupal Toolbox appeared 4 times on the same frontpage for example.

My suggestion: replace both Drupal Planet and Drupal Talk with Drigg. For those who don't know what Drigg is, it's like Digg but completely written in Drupal. Here are a couple of popular sites running Drigg:

Hi,

Thanks to Cedric (as well as the historical Kevin and myself :-D ) Drigg's development has picked up again.
The remaining issues are very few. Only the external voting form is the "big one". Pretty much anything else is easy to implement, and not-so-critical.
