Hi Everyone!
Got some new and interesting module to tell people about? Just a quick 15 minute demonstration on Views? Or have you a longer presentation you would like to practice and refine in a small setting? Consider coming to the Tri-Valley Drupal Users Group!

Tri-Valley Drupal Users Group meets every third Tuesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm in downtown Pleasanton. We don't bite and we have cookies.
Twig Sprint (online)
Come help us convert Drupal 8's theme engine to Twig!
We're nearing the home stretch of Round 1 of the Twig conversion, and it's time to get all hands on deck! If you can create patches, test patches, review patches, convert PHPTemplate to twig, improve documentation, or help us clean up the theme system (there's plenty of non-twig-related work too!) then please, meet us online from 1-5pm on Friday, March 22nd

Two ideas for the March meeting were batted around last month. The first was to a users helping users session. The other was to do an introduction to Rules demo.

Twig Sprint, as part of the Drupal Sprint Weekend
There will be a sprint on the new theme system in Drupal 8. We have a lot of core patches that need to be reviewed and rerolled, and we could use all the help we can get!

Tri-Valley Drupal Users Group - Meeting February 19, 2013
February already? Time to learn something new before the year slips by! Sean Lange has offered to do a demo on either TWIG, the new theme templating language for Drupal 8, or setting up a local mobile debugging environment using MAMP, Adobe Edge, and xip.io.
