Gee, I´ve been searching all groups (and since there are plenty of them, it´s a pretty hard thing to do), but none of them try to add some math support in Drupal. In a manner of speak in.
Wouldn´t it be great if we could do calculations in Drupal just as easy as we can merge taxonomy tags, content, dates, users, etc?
It would be great if we could do sums and rests, percentages and interest rates.
This group idea came to me as I need stuff like that myself. But, hell, why not to try if the community wants/needs a module that could do the dirty work of calculus too?
The closest thing I´ve come along with was the Views Calc project, as a views complementary module.
But that module can only sum, rest and take averages.
Numbers are content too, as letters are.
What do you think? Is there a need of this?
