Last month. In September, John Ferris covered the lesser known CSS selectors that can be used today. These selectors allow you to target elements without adding unnecessary Classes and ID's to elements. This helps keep your markup clean and gives you more control directly from your style sheet. See http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/html-css-techniques/the-30-css-selectors-you-must-memorize/ and http://quirksmode.org/. Winn Jewett gave a great demonstration of Sitecore, demonstrating the Sitecore interface and what Drupal could learn from Sitecore: http://www.quora.com/Winn-Jewett.
September's meeting. Caleb Thorne will give a presentation on the way that Drupal queues email in Drupal 7 core. Bryan Jones had been doing some interesting work in using Views to implement informative and attractive timelines in client sites.
Have a tip or trick to share? Please get it on our agenda.
