Audio Files don't work in blocks or within Panels

I have added audio files to Story using Audio Field, Mp3File File field and Audio Insert. If the story is open on its own, the audio files work just fine. If I pull the story into Panels front page, instead of the Mp3 Player, I line that says "You may need Adobe Flash Player" The same happens if I create the player within a block.

Any ideas on where I am going wrong?
