Some really exciting news was announced at the last meetup in case you did not attend or hear through the grapevine - Drupalcamp Atlanta is officially happening! The event will be on Saturday, September 19th at Kennesaw State University - go ahead and mark your calendars now. We are wrapping up the camp website and will be opening up registration soon - more details will be forthcoming.
In addition, I'm proud to announce that Addi Berry (Lullabot/Drupal.org documentation lead), Ben Finklea (Drupal SEO expert) with Volacci, and Acquia are scheduled to be on the docket.
Here is how you can help...right now. We want to keep registration FREE and as accessible as possible to anyone wanting to attend. Thus, we need sponsors. We are doing something a little different and offering a flat rate structure v. tiers.
To summarize, we are offering a $400 sponsorship level that will include the following benefits:
1.) Linked logo on the homepage of the Drupalcamp Atlanta website.
2.) Banner, poster board, or welcome sign to place in breakout rooms.
3.) Prominent acknowledgement during opening and/or closing remarks.
4.) Opportunity to handout marketing literature/welcome packet to attendees.
5.) Logo on all outbound marketing correspondence.
6.) Community goodwill and overall support of Drupal.
In short, this will be an awesome opportunity to give your consultancy, agency, corporation, non-profit, etc. some serious exposure in the Drupal world - not to mention it's for a really good cause (see #6).
We are capping the number of sponsors to not dilute the value. Sponsorship registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
