Movico: Doing OOP and MVC for modules updated

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I have updated Movico to work in Drupal 7 and will be making more updates for the demo. The demo is actually the workable code that will be downloadable via github: https://github.com/carlmcdade/Movico-D7

You can see the working demo and read the dev blog at:

I am really excited about this because I think using the Movico methods will make for increased interest in Drupal as an application platform, make it simpler to get into module creation and produce better and more easily maintainable contribution modules in the near future. I am also trying to address some of the performance issues that arise when trying to use Drupal as backend to a web application.
